After moving from Russia to Ireland in 2015, I found myself missing the sweets I grew up with — the kind you can’t find in local shops. So I took a remote bakery course and began baking at home. What started as a way to bring a little taste of home to my family quickly grew into a passion. Friends began requesting cakes, then their friends, and soon I was creating custom bakes for all kinds of occasions.
